Chicago Teacher Makes Fun Of Student On Facebook




Kid wears Jolly Ranchers at the end of her braids. Teacher (allegedly) giggled and took a pic. Teacher (allegedly) posted pic on Facebook. Child's mother was not amused. Child was sad.
